Description
The new Holywell Trust building provides office accommodation and meeting space for a range of groups in a single location.
Works under this contract included remedial works to an existing basement to accommodate the construction of a new three storey office building. The new building is a steel frame structure with precast floors and stairs. The finished building façade includes facing brick, curtain walling & windows; the roof comprises both a standing seam zinc roof and a flat roof construction for the plant room.
Throughout the works the existing front façade of Nr.12 – 14 Bishop Street was retained and tied in with the new structure.
