Concourse 2 is the second of three five-storey buildings known as ‘The Concourse’ located within Northern Ireland Science Park (Catalyst) in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter.
The new five-storey 5000m² building provides a new conference and events venue and is home to both thriving local start-ups and major global corporations.
The building is steel framed construction built-off precast concrete piled foundations with precast concrete floors and roof. External façade consists of high quality aluminium curtain walling, windows & external doors as well as a proprietary wall cladding system.
We completed office fit-outs to all five floors together with associated fittings, M&E & Lift Installations, siteworks & drainage.
