Description
We were commissioned by Dunnes Stores Ltd to carry out the re-development of their store on Cranmore Road, Sligo.
A major element of the works was the construction of single-storey and two-storey extensions to the existing store to provide additional retail space along with stockroom and administration areas and a new fully-fitted Coffee Shop. We also completed alterations and upgrade works within the existing store including the installation of a mezzanine floor and the creation of a new entrance.
External works included construction of a two-storey above ground carpark, drainage alterations, underground LPG tank, set-down parking canopy, a new roundabout and associated re-levelling of the existing carpark.
The works were carried out in a number of phases to enable the store to remain operational for the duration of the works.
