Description
We completed the fit-out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast, for our Client, Oxford Street Capital Ltd.
The works included shell & core works comprising:
- Lower Ground Floor Reception/Corridor refurbishment
- Toilet & Lift Lobby fit-outs on the 5th to 11th Floors
- Staircore fit-outs from lower ground floor to the 11th floor
- Staircore fit-outs from ground floor to the 5th floor (East Tower)
- Walkways, ramps and landscaping to the podium level
- Remedial works to curtain walls and completion of external render at the 5th floor.
CAT A fit-out was completed throughout the 6th and 7th floors along with CAT B fit-out to the 5th and 8th to 11th floors along with associated M&E installations.
