Elasto-Metall Ireland Ltd appointed Tracey Brothers as Design & Build Contractor to construct two new extensions to their existing factory in Manorhamilton.
To the west of the existing factory a new two storey 900m² portal frame extension was constructed. This included loading bay access at both levels, welfare facilities, a new goods-in delivery area and perimeter access road to the rear for emergency vehicle access.
To the South of the existing building a new two storey 350m² office block extension was constructed to the clients high specification finish including a bespoke steel staircase providing access to a viewing window down onto the factory floor. The IT install is state of the art and includes future proof measures.
This was the 3rd phase of works completed by Tracey Brothers Ltd at this site.
