The project consisted of the construction of a new Advanced Building Solution at IDA Cavan Business & Technology Park for IDA Ireland.
The Advanced Building Solution comprises approximately 3,000m² of production space along with two-storey office accommodation with Category A level fit-out in the open production areas and the office areas. The building features nZEB sustainability standards.
