Description
Works at Cleaver House comprised the strip-out and refurbishment of the Listed Building to provide fully fitted-out Grade A office accommodation on the second, third, fourth & fifth floors.
Refurbishment works included removing existing finishes, stud wall partitions and existing raised access floors throughout the office accommodation and replacing all with new, along with the provision of new finishes to the main accommodation stair and a new glazed shop front and glazed entrance doors.
Works also included ground floor structural alterations, installation of new mechanical, electrical & sprinkler services and installation of a roof-top external plant room.
Ground and first floor accommodation remained occupied and operational for the duration of the works.
