Description
Following on from the previous successful completion of the extension for the new NEXT store at Abbey Centre, Tracey Brothers subsequently completed the extension of the Dunnes Stores Unit for our client New River Retail.
The project comprised the construction of 3Nr extensions, adding 12,100ft² of mixed retail space to the existing unit comprising extended sales floor, storage area and staff accommodation. A new delivery bay was provided along with additional customer parking.
