The 3-storey Library Redevelopment at St. Mary’s University College provides modern & flexible space, combining traditional reference materials, IT provision, multiple study spaces & social spaces. Accommodation includes Main Library; offices; bookable meeting rooms; breakout spaces including collaborative staircase; accessible toilets & storage spaces.
The project was awarded the Fit-Out Project of the Year Award at the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) Construction Excellence Awards.
The judges recognised the project as a catalyst for uniting other buildings on the complex and with connections to the surrounding local community, showcasing collaboration, innovation and accessibility.
