We held a very successful Passive House workshop / training session at our SWC Erne Campus site. The workshop focused on airtightness, which is probably the most critical matter in achieving a Passive House Project. The new SWC Erne Campus, will see the delivery of the FIRST educational building WORLDWIDE to achieve the highest international standard in environmental construction – PASSIVHAUS PREMIUM

We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd. Our works comprised shell and core works including CAT A Fit-Out to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.

Tracey Brothers welcomed visitors from the CEF (Construction Employers Federation) to two of our current projects in Sligo: IDA Oakfield Advanced Technology Unit and the Northwest Hospice. Mark Spence (Chief Executive), and David Fry (Head of Public Affairs), were given a tour around both sites by Contracts Manager, Donal McGloin and SHEQ Manager, Tracey McGovern.

Tracey Brothers has been assessed against Cyber Essentials Scheme Test Specification and have been awarded Level of Certification: Cyber Essentials. The scope of assessment of our Internet facing infrastructure includes firewalls, routers, end user devices ad hosted systems located within the UK.
