We held a very successful Passive House workshop / training session at our SWC Erne Campus site. The workshop focused on airtightness, which is probably the most critical matter in achieving a Passive House Project. This important development will deliver a new, purpose-built hospice facility, enhancing specialist palliative care services in the region. Tracey Brothers welcomed visitors from the CEF (Construction Employers Federation) to two of our current projects in Sligo: IDA Oakfield Advanced Technology Unit and the Northwest Hospice. Mark Spence (Chief Executive), and David Fry (Head of Public Affairs), were given a tour around both sites by Contracts Manager, Donal McGloin and SHEQ Manager, Tracey McGovern.

Works have been completed on the final building of the ‘Concourse’ development. Constructed to a high specification, including a web enabled building management system and incorporating a number of energy efficiency measures, the building provides the Belfast Campus with a further 55,000 sq.ft of net lettable space over five storeys including wet lab facilities alongside technology
