Tracey Brothers are pleased to announce the successful completion of construction works to three new retail units at Sprucefield Retail Centre, delivered on programme and to a high specification. The project included full fit-out and shell works for new Nando’s, Starbucks, and Slim Chickens restaurants.

In addition to the unit construction, the works also involved significant associated infrastructure upgrades, including car park reconfiguration, drainage improvements, utility diversions, hard and soft landscaping, and enhanced pedestrian access routes to improve site connectivity and customer experience.

This project marks another successful delivery in a live retail environment, with all works carried out while maintaining minimal disruption to existing tenants and visitors.
