The restoration of the historic Pump House building and scheduled monuments at Alexandra Dock is now complete. The finished building is now home to the HMS Caroline Visitor Reception & Tickets area along with dedicated Exhibition space featuring much of the original Edwardian-era machinery and associated technology.

Visitors to HMS Caroline can now gain access to the vessel via the new 25-metre steel and timber footbridge spanning the dock.

We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd. Our works comprised shell and core works including CAT A Fit-Out to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.
