The restoration of the historic Pump House building and scheduled monuments at Alexandra Dock is now complete. The finished building is now home to the HMS Caroline Visitor Reception & Tickets area along with dedicated Exhibition space featuring much of the original Edwardian-era machinery and associated technology.
Visitors to HMS Caroline can now gain access to the vessel via the new 25-metre steel and timber footbridge spanning the dock.

Following up on the previous successful completion of the extension for the new NEXT store at Abbey Centre Tracey Brothers have completed and handed-over the newly extended Dunnes Stores Unit to our client New River Retail. The construction of 3Nr extensions has added 12,100sqft of mixed retail space to the existing unit. Roofing upgrade works

The first sod has been cut on the site of the new South West College Erne Campus. The new campus will be constructed on the site of the former Erne Hospital in Enniskillen. When completed, the building will further enhance South West College’s existing global reputation in the sustainable construction sector and will be used

We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd. Our works comprised shell and core works including CAT A Fit-Out to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.
