Description
On this project we provided a full Design & Build service for the refurbishment of 2 adjoining 4-storey office block buildings at 2 & 4 Bruce Street, in Belfast City Centre.
The buildings were modernised to meet the required accommodation performance standards for high-quality Government Office Buildings, by providing fully accessible, efficient, modern, high quality office accommodation to Workplace NI standards.
The building design maximises space density and helps contribute to the effective delivery of the Government programmes within the long-term Government Strategy of ‘consolidating the size of the NICS office estate and maximising the utilisation of space’.
