We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd.
Our works comprised shell and core works including CAT A Fit-Out to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.

As part of our programme of Continuing Professional Development a number of our staff have recently obtained PassivHaus Tradesperson Certification for PassivHaus Basics along with Building Envelope Specialisation. Tracey Brothers has been assessed against Cyber Essentials Scheme Test Specification and have been awarded Level of Certification: Cyber Essentials. The scope of assessment of our Internet facing infrastructure includes firewalls, routers, end user devices ad hosted systems located within the UK.
