We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd.
Our works comprised shell and core works including CAT A Fit-Out to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.

The redevelopment includes new external windows and doors, new canopies to entrances and courtyard, complete refurbishment of 3no. levels of library / office accommodation, new services installation, extension and replacement of existing rooflight, new flat roof covering and associated fall

Hosted by Pamela Ballentine in the Titanic Building Belfast, the night encapsulated the growth of the Construction sector over the last 8 decades, recognised the present, and looked ahead to a bright future for this Industry.
