Tracey Brothers hosted the ”topping out” ceremony at the SW College Erne Project to mark a key milestone in the construction of this state-of-the-art Campus.
The Erne Campus will be a flagship for sustainable construction with its pioneering PassivHaus premium standard and modern design and construction and is pushing the boundaries of technology in almost every aspect of construction, with technologies that are leading edge and in many instances, unique and bespoke for this project.

August 2016 saw the commencement of works for the construction of the new c. 15,000m² school building for St. Patrick’s Academy on the Killymeal Road, Dungannon . The new school will be constructed on a Campus shared with St. Patricks College. Upon completion of the new school building, works will commence for the construction of

Following its completion in November 2018 the new St. Patrick’s Academy was officially opened by President Michael D Higgins on the 7th of March 2019. The occasion marked the culmination of decades of planning for the school and Tracey Brothers are delighted to have delivered the new state-of-the-art facilities.

The first sod has been cut on the site of the new South West College Erne Campus. The new campus will be constructed on the site of the former Erne Hospital in Enniskillen.
