Works 0n the Cleaver House Building, Belfast are on-going and consist of refurbishment & office accommodation fit-out of the second, third, fourth & fifth floors, ground floor structural alterations, full strip-out of and installation of new mechanical, electrical & sprinkler services and installation of a roof top external plant room. Ground and first floor accommodation remains occupied.

Refurbishment works include removing existing finishes, stud wall partitions, ceiling finishes, wall finishes, floor finishes and existing raised access floors and replacing with new, new finishes to the main accommodation stair and a new glazed shop front and glazed entrance doors.

The Listed Building is situated on a confined site in close proximity to Belfast City Hall, adjacent to commercial properties, city centre bus lanes & main arterial routes, all of which impose restrictions on site operations, noise, deliveries and storage.
