As works continues to progress at pace we were delighted to Welcome @Darren ODonoghue and @Mark Grincell and all the Year 2 and 3 students studying BSc in Architectural Technology at the South East Technological University to our new Advance Building Solution project for IDA Ireland at the IDA Ardmore Business & Technology Park , Mullingar .

The project is part of IDA Ireland’s Regional Property Programme 2025–2030 and will deliver 4,727m² of modern office and light industrial/production space, with flexibility built in for future expansion. In line with IDA Ireland’s sustainability strategy, the building is designed to achieve leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) accreditation and nearly zero-energy building (nZEB) compliance.

As leaders in Sustainable Construction this was a great opportunity for our site team to be able to share their knowledge in industry best practices on site, with the tour led by our Site Manager @Gerry O’Hara accompanied by our Contracts Manager @Peter Maguire.

CEF Site Visit
