Works were recently completed 0n the Cleaver House Building, Belfast where we carried out the strip out and refurbishment of the building to provided fully fitted out Grade A office accommodation on the second, third, fourth & fifth floors.

Works also included ground floor structural alterations, installation of new mechanical, electrical & sprinkler services and installation of a roof top external plant room. Ground and first floor accommodation remained occupied and operational for the duration of the works.
