Works are progressing well 10 months into the Erne Project for South West College with the structural frame in place and roof complete the building envelope is well advanced and scaffold starting to come down. Following its completion in November 2018 the new St. Patrick’s Academy was officially opened by President Michael D Higgins on the 7th of March 2019. The occasion marked the culmination of decades of planning for the school and Tracey Brothers are delighted to have delivered the new state-of-the-art facilities.

Works were recently completed on the Elasto-Metall Ireland Ltd site in Manorhamilton for the construction of two new extensions to their existing office and factory areas. As the Hard Landscaping and Historic Building Contract at HMS Caroline nears completion a major milestone was achieved when the new 25 meter steel and timber footbridge was installed, providing access across Alexandra Dock.
