Following its completion in November 2018 the new St. Patrick’s Academy was officially opened by President Michael D Higgins on the 7th of March 2019. The occasion marked the culmination of decades of planning for the school and Tracey Brothers are delighted to have delivered the new state-of-the-art facilities.

As part of our programme of Continuing Professional Development a number of our staff have recently obtained PassivHaus Tradesperson Certification for PassivHaus Basics along with Building Envelope Specialisation. We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd. Our works comprised shell and core works including CAT A Fit-Out to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.

Works have commenced for the construction of a new ambient food storage & distribution warehouse for Henderson Group at Hyde Park Industrial Estate, Mallusk. Works will include the construction of a new office building to be integrated into the warehouse, installation of 31 No. Dock Levellers, external works within the yard and car park areas
