Description
The works comprised the new build construction of 2nr drive-thru’ restaurants/cafés, and 1nr restaurant unit, together with car parking, new access road from the existing internal roundabout, and associated site works.
The works included alterations to the mini roundabout at the existing Sainsbury’s Petrol Filling Station on Sprucefield Park Road, provision of new drainage runs through the existing carriageway at Sprucefield Park Road and alterations to the existing drainage runs North of Sprucefield Park Road, along with the construction of a new pedestrian crossing and associated pavement alterations at Sprucefield Park Road.
