Description
Following on from our completion of the fit-out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast, for Oxford Street Capital Ltd, we subsequently competed the fit-out of the East Tower.
The works included shell & core works comprising:
- Lift lobbies and toilet fit-outs to the 5th to 11th floors
- Stair fit-out for 5th to 11th Floors
- Walkways to Podium Level
- Remedial works to curtain walling & completion of external render at the 5th floor
- New external escape stair
- Upgrade & replacement of central plant & M&E services distribution
- Diversion of telecoms for new layouts
- Refurbishment of existing lift machinery & cars to meet current standards.
CAT A fit-out was completed throughout the 5th to 11th floors along with associated M&E installations.
