As part of our programme of Continuing Professional Development a number of our staff have recently obtained PassivHaus Tradesperson Certification for PassivHaus Basics along with Building Envelope Specialisation.

The qualification was obtained in accordance with the examination regulations from 1st April 2012 and awarded upon successful completion of the Certified PassivHaus Tradesperson examination.

Additional staff are currently in the process of training for PassivHaus Designer Certification.

Elasto-Metall Ireland Ltd Factory & Office Extensions Completed

Works were recently completed on the Elasto-Metall Ireland Ltd site in Manorhamilton for the construction of two new extensions to their existing office and factory areas. Restoration Works Commence at The Grand Opera House

Tracey Brothers are delighted to have been appointed as Main Contractor for the Restoration Works at The Grand Opera House, Belfast; one of Northern Ireland’s most iconic buildings. The architectural importance of the Grand Opera House has been recognised and protected through its Grade A listed building status, having been the first building in Belfast
