Ulster University’s Dean’s List awards recognize top-performing students for outstanding academic excellence and high achievement within their respective faculties. These awards are based on merit for students who consistently attain top marks. This years awards were presented at an event hosted by the University of Ulster on Friday the 23rd of January.

Congratulations to our Quantity Surveyor, Ryan Gileece, who was presented with the award for ‘Outstanding Academic Achievement’.

CEF Site Visit

Lanyon Tower (West) Handed Over to Client

We have completed the Fit-Out of the West Tower at Lanyon Place, Belfast for Oxford Street Capital Ltd. Our works comprised shell and core works including CAT A Fit-Out to Levels 6 – 7 and CAT B Fit-Out to levels 5, 8 – 11 along with associated M&E installations.

St. Patrick’s Academy Dungannon – Official School Opening

Following its completion in November 2018 the new St. Patrick’s Academy was officially opened by President Michael D Higgins on the 7th of March 2019.
