The works include the construction of 3Nr extensions to and the provision of new roof coverings to the existing Dunnes Stores at Abbeycentre Shopping Centre.

Extension 1 is a new front double height retail extension together with a new public front entrance arrangement.

Extension 2 is a new service yard double height storage and office extension at ground floor with a further first floor together with a goods in canopy arrangement.

Extension 3 involves the demolition of existing units 41 – 44 and the construction of a new single height retail extension.

The roofing works include the removal of the existing roof covering and the application of new roof coverings..

The contract includes for all associated works in forming the extensions, adjacent carparking, additional carparking across the site and drainage installations.
