Having been short listed as a Finalist, we are now the proud recipient of the General Construction Award – Restoration Category, for HMS Caroline, Historic Buildings and landscaping.
We were delighted to receive the award at the Awards Gala Evening hosted by the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) in partnership with Specify magazine, held in the Culloden Hotel on the 18th of October.

This project which is currently on-site consists of the restoration of the historic Thompson Pump House building and scheduled monuments. The finished building will be home to the HMS Caroline Visitor Reception & Tickets area along with dedicated Exhibition space. External works on the Thompson Pump House include demolitions; repair, replacements & repointing of brickwork;

As the Hard Landscaping and Historic Building Contract at HMS Caroline nears completion a major milestone was achieved when the new 25 meter steel and timber footbridge was installed, providing access across Alexandra Dock. This provides visitors with direct access from the Thompson Pump House building, now home to the HMS Caroline Visitor Reception, Exhibition

Works have commenced for the construction of a new ambient food storage & distribution warehouse for Henderson Group at Hyde Park Industrial Estate, Mallusk. Works will include the construction of a new office building to be integrated into the warehouse, installation of 31 No. Dock Levellers, external works within the yard and car park areas

The first sod has been cut on the site of the new South West College Erne Campus. The new campus will be constructed on the site of the former Erne Hospital in Enniskillen.
