The upgrade works to the McAuley House Building, Belfast, comprised strip-out works to ground floor reception, third and fourth floors to enable the existing floor layouts to be reconfigured to provide a new open plan arrangement.
Accommodation includes open plan office space, glazed screen meeting and conference rooms with ancillary breakout, kitchen, locker and WC facilities.
Works were carried out above fully functional retail outlets on first and second floor.
