August 2016 saw the commencement of works for the construction of the new c. 15,000m² school building for St. Patrick’s Academy on the Killymeal Road, Dungannon . The new school will be constructed on a Campus shared with St. Patricks College.
Upon completion of the new school building, works will commence for the construction of sports pitches and a changing pavilion on the site of the existing school.

Following its completion in November 2018 the new St. Patrick’s Academy was officially opened by President Michael D Higgins on the 7th of March 2019. The occasion marked the culmination of decades of planning for the school and Tracey Brothers are delighted to have delivered the new state-of-the-art facilities.

Works were recently completed on the Elasto-Metall Ireland Ltd site in Manorhamilton for the construction of two new extensions to their existing office and factory areas.
