August 2016 saw the commencement of works for the construction of the new c. 15,000m² school building for St. Patrick’s Academy on the Killymeal Road, Dungannon . The new school will be constructed on a Campus shared with St. Patricks College.
Upon completion of the new school building, works will commence for the construction of sports pitches and a changing pavilion on the site of the existing school.

Works were recently completed on the Elasto-Metall Ireland Ltd site in Manorhamilton for the construction of two new extensions to their existing office and factory areas. A new 900m² portal frame factory extension was completed along with a new two storey 350m² office block extension. This was the 3rd phase of works completed by Tracey
