Having been short listed as a Finalist, we are now the proud recipient of the General Construction Award – Restoration Category, for HMS Caroline, Historic Buildings and landscaping.
We were delighted to receive the award at the Awards Gala Evening hosted by the Construction Employers Federation (CEF) in partnership with Specify magazine, held in the Culloden Hotel on the 18th of October.

Works have been completed on the final building of the ‘Concourse’ development. Constructed to a high specification, including a web enabled building management system and incorporating a number of energy efficiency measures, the building provides the Belfast Campus with a further 55,000 sq.ft of net lettable space over five storeys including wet lab facilities alongside technology

Tracey Brothers welcomed visitors from the CEF (Construction Employers Federation) to two of our current projects in Sligo: IDA Oakfield Advanced Technology Unit and the Northwest Hospice. Mark Spence (Chief Executive), and David Fry (Head of Public Affairs), were given a tour around both sites by Contracts Manager, Donal McGloin and SHEQ Manager, Tracey McGovern.

August 2016 saw the commencement of works for the construction of the new c. 15,000m² school building for St. Patrick’s Academy on the Killymeal Road, Dungannon . The new school will be constructed on a Campus shared with St. Patricks College. Upon completion of the new school building, works will commence for the construction of

Works are progressing well 10 months into the Erne Project for South West College with the structural frame in place and roof complete the building envelope is well advanced and scaffold starting to come down. Tracey Brothers has been assessed against Cyber Essentials Scheme Test Specification and have been awarded Level of Certification: Cyber Essentials. The scope of assessment of our Internet facing infrastructure includes firewalls, routers, end user devices ad hosted systems located within the UK.
